Dear, I have purchased Panasonic Eluga u from Snap deal 09/03/2015, and since starting I am facing many problem in this phone like 2-3 time restart and black screen in a day, set heat etc .one mobile in your Kanpur service center but problem till now not remain . i am using Panasonic eluga a and i am facing one problem from last 14 days. When i am switch on my phone sometime its not switch on and if its on than its show blue screen continously and hang.
