Subject: Request for Refrigerator (Mod. No.-NR BL347PSX1) Total Product Replacement. Respected Sir, With reference to the above I want to replace my newly purchased Panasonic refrigerator (Mod. No.-NR BL347PSX1) for Cooling Problem or Cooling air circulation problem or product manufacturing defect. I am Debadrata Das, Address- N-233/6 Mudiali Road, Gardenreach, Mudiali Guruduyara, N/L: Opp Rupsa Complex Pin: 700024, State-West Bengal, Register Mob.NO.-[protected] & [protected]. We Purchased 2 items Panasonic LED TV (Mod. No.-32HS580DX) & Panasonic double door refrigerator (Mod. No.-NR BL347PSX1) Purchase date-16.082020, received date-19.08.2020 and installed properly dated 19.08.2020. But after 7 days of feeling some cooling problem & increasing temperature in the lower door section or refrigerator section, that time came to install an engineer against after telephonic discussion, he recognized & accepted this problem (dated-29.08.2020). then complained to the Panasonic Service center dated 30.08.2020 that time a new service engineer came, he did not understand the problem & ultimately no result, after that service center provided service manager contact number, he sent an experienced Service engineer. He came 2-time dated 05.09.2020 & 10.09.2020, last day he checked everything properly & mainly checked temperature lots of time [15 min., 30 min., 45 min. & 1 hr.] on the refrigerator running. He accepts cooling not properly in the refrigerator section (always temperature high) and he suggests for parts replacement. after no result & no service. Key Point Problem not solved but service totally stopped till now. Do not accept any parts replacement. Must be replaced with whole items (new refrigerator), same model & same specification. No more accept service executive or service engineer, because now the pandemic situation is very dangerous (age 65 years old man & under 3 years old child in my home). Service is not proper & not good, behavior not good & not accepted cooperation. As an aspect of good feedback from Panasonic India in this pandemic situation. So please I request you to kindly replace my refrigerator & issue me brand new refrigerator same model & same specification. Thanking You Debabrata Das Was this information helpful? | |||
