This is to bring to your kind attention my led tv mentioned above is not working which was purchased from subsidiary central police canteen nandavanam, trivandrum bill no-40169/2014 dt 03/09/2014. I called the toll free coustmer care and registered a compliant
No-r[protected]. The service person came to check the tv and said the panel and board need to replaced. I said that my tv is under the warranty but the service person after checking his office informed that my led tv warranty expired as warranty is only for one year
The warranty coupon i got during the purchase clearly states that my tv has 2 year warranty the same was registered at the time of installation

I request you to consider my warranty card and do the service of my led tv under the promised warranty at the earliest. If i don't receive a favorable replay from your end, i will forced to approach the consumer court
