[Resolved] Panasonic — supply of mismatched inner and outer unit of airconditioner

Dear panasonic india,
On 28.05.2016, i had purchased a 1.5 ton air-conditioner – model no. Cu-u12 rkg2, in : [protected], out :[protected], “panasonic” make from your dealer, messrs. G. R. Electronics, shop no.39/b, kherwadi road, near railway station, bandra (East), mumbai – 400051, tel.: 2658 0131, vide their bill no.8508 dated 28.05.2016. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.
It is with great regret that i would like to bring to your kind notice that the air-conditioner as supplied by the above dealer has been found to be a mismatched air-conditioner with in : [protected] (1.5 ton) and out :[protected].0 ton) due to which i have been facing constant trouble and teething problem now and again from the very beginning of purchasing and installing the air-conditioner.
This has been a great inconvenience to me and my family as much of its utility and usefulness held up frequently.
Before purchasing the air-conditioner, the dealer pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain and instead delivered me a mismatched air-conditioner under the guise of durability, utility and stability.
During the space of a little over two years there have been nearly 4-5 visits done by your technicians to set right the abnormality but none could harness the abnormality of the air-conditioner properly and every time they say – it would now work properly but never made upto the mark. I failed to understand that even after visiting on four to occasions and spending huge sum and time on rectification, the result is zero.
From the above it appears to me that your technicians are neither capable enough nor technically sound to detect the problem and set right the defect to the entire satisfaction of the customer.
Being a layman, i only came to know about the mismatched of the air-conditioner from one of the skilled technician whom i had called in to look into the snag which had developed into the air-conditioner recently.
I regret to state that this is how your dealers are dealing with the customers and openly cheating on the product by supplying mismatched items.
In view of the above-said circumstances, i would now request you kindly to look into the matter and arrange to replace this air-conditioner with proper in and out matching as your dealer has cheated me by supplying a mismatched air-conditioner.
Last but not the least, from now on, i will never recommend any of my friend, family members and well-wishers to purchase any of the “panasonic” product as their dealers are cheating on the products by supplying mismatched items as per their whims and fancies with no satisfactory and productive services rendered to customers after sales.
I now look forward to an early replacement of this defective kind of supply.
