Panasonic — TV complaint not attended even after 5 days

I am A Joseph [16, I Cross, Kaveri layout, Thavarekere main road, Bangalore 560029.] My Panasonic Viera LCD TV is out of order. I filed a complaint though your electronic portal on 15th Feb. Yesterday i once again reminded them. Today it is 19th Feb. Till now no one has attended the complaint. I am disgusted with your customer care. I am sorry to say that when compared to brands like LG, Sony, Onida etc. your service providing is extremely poor.Those brands have a 24 hr. deadline to attend to complaints.
