Panasonic — tv display panel- fault | |||
I am Saravanan, s/o Rajendran customer of Panasonic, we have purchased a Panasonic DX 650 4K 55 inches TV in Shahs Showroom at Chrompet on 27.06.2017, as of now the TV has stop functioning its not switch ON, I have called customer care they give the Chengalpat Area Technical Head, he has send the Technical person to my home, they had checked the TV and said there is problem in TV Panel, it may cost around price of Rs.57, 500 to change the Panel. Warranty period is expired before 2 months, so you need to pay the amount to change the TV Panel. we got shocked how the TV panel has got damaged in just 1 year 2 months of Time period and the repair occurs just after the Warranty Period, right now we are helpless we are not in an situation to spend this huge amount of Rs. 57, 500. we believed the Panasonic Brand but as of now we are worrying lot the TV get fault in just 1 year 2 months of time and it lose the Goodwill of Panasonic Brand.I am posting this for future Consumers too. Please Extent the Warranty period for us and do the needful favor to replace the TV Panel.
