Sir i have purchased a Panasonic tv TH43fx600d model number At the time of purchase of tv from value plus store vasundhara Ghaziabad, Panasonic give me 4year panel warranty now my panel is creating issue after that i contacted to Panasonic customer care their service boy rajesh kumar +[protected] visit my home and said that your panel is under warranty and will be changed within 7 working days and take 1180 as a service charge and give receipt. After 7 working days i got a call from someone of Panasonic from mobile number +[protected] who told me that part is unavailable you can upgrade to next model by paying rs.17291 and give their asm mudit gupta(+[protected] contact number . When i call mudit gupta they told me that this is promotional warranty you have to pay the amount and give his senior subhankar deb ([protected]) contact number. I call subhankar yesterday he told me that he give solution on this by today morning dont worry but since morning i am calling subhankar deb he is not picking my ph and when i call Panasonic service center indirapuram employee on +[protected]. They told me that we cant do anything do whatever you want to do. Even Panasonic blocked my official email address. I belongs to middle class family purchased this tv by collecting money now i am suffering all this. This is a scam made by Panasonic. I requested you to shut down Panasonic indirapuram service center and solve my issue. I got a mail from Panasonic.
