Panind — Not received my Pan card yet

My order id is LI***************
Coupon Number is G*******.
But after checking status it shows
"APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE PLEASE UPLOAD YPUR DOCUMENTS "
I sent my aadhar card scan and hardcopy I send driving licence soft and hard copy .
I sent through speed post application with signed passport size photographs along with un signed passport photograph why are my documents still incomplete any one has answer of it .
I saw the status sent again all documents to [protected]@panind.com.
What do I need to do now I called to utiitsl on there phone number[protected] They checked it asked me to ask the agent to upload your documents from there portal .
Now what the hell is going on .
For pan card that is already existing and I applied for copy because it was stolen they made me to wait and bother that much I need pancard please panind upload my documents on portal of concern pancard department of government of India.
