I have given order 91260 in July 2019. The products delivered were incomplete (They cancelled one product by their own wish as same was purchased at good discount) and some had size issued. I requested for refund of 4 products. Even after almost 20 days of my complaint/request and everytime calling for 40 min, i was assured for 3 days and so on. there is no pick up from Brand Factory till now. They say that their system is slow or sometimes they just started and no assurance. My hard earned money is stuck them for last 20 days and they are lease bothered. On email also after sending 7 reminders, nobody replies. The Customer Care is pathetic. I am planning to throw my products to the Management of future group who have cheated me. Fixed IVR is played and no representative ever attends you. Is there any body so that I can launch my complete about this. They should learn from online shopping sites like Flipkart - Amazon, etc. I am a old customer of these sites. Pls help to recover my money. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
