[Resolved]  Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Points get redeemed on unsuccessful transaction

On 4th may 2016, I tried to purchase a item from Pantaloon store and I used my payback card ([protected]) to redeem my points for payment. But as per their server problem my transaction was unsuccessful but my points got redeemed worth 2416 points which is equals to Rs 604.
They told me that they can do nothing with it, what ever problem have occurred you have to contact payback customer care.
So, I complaint about it to Payback customer care but they denied to refund my points. and they are keep saying that my transaction was successful on that day.
Now i am helpless they are playing with my hard earn points. I want my points back.
