Pantaloons — Regarding Credit Note

I am member of Pantaloon having Member Card No [protected] I have purchased material of Rs 5000/- plus. I return material due to some defect in cloths, were Pantaloon Ahmedabad in exchange of material provide me with credit note of the same value. After the periods of 15days from the date of Credit Note, i was shocked to see that the print on the note was vanished. On reporting same to the Pantaloon Ahmedabad Store they were not ready to check the details of credit in there internal system. On requesting the pantaloons official multiple times they answered that this is system generated credit note and they are not able to do anything they directed us to report head office in Mumbai. On reporting via mail to Pantaloons Mumbai office they reverted us that they cannot do anything. This is the way pantaloons have found new ways to exploit and cheat its Customer. I am going to initiated Consumer Complaint against Pantaloons in Ahmedabad. Requesting your good self to do needful so that it save my time. Yours Truthfully Harsha Popat [protected]
