Where it is mentioned on bill that accessories can't be exchanged. Please show me. Because they can't change my sling bag. It is very bad....

While shopping in brand factory i was told shop before 15th nov 2015 for more than 5000 to get rs 50 per month...today when i asked card is not showing any points...they are saying there was no scheme of such 5000...scheme was shop for 10000 to get rs per month...there staff are misleading people...i need the points which they said ill get.....
