Dear sir, I am mangalamma from nelamangala rural bangalore. I applied for new passport on 6th may 2015.My file no is bn[protected] .My date of birth is 09/04/1984. Police verification has been initiated. Request has been sent to sp office, bangalore rural. But it has almost 18 days over, yet i have not received any call for police verification. There are 4 telephone lines and there is no response on any no. during working hours. We are facing this problem since so many days. Please rectify the same to serve people better.

I applied renewal of my passport
one more person his last name, date of birth and mother maiden name is matching but his first name and father name is not matching
APO is not authorizing my passport.I used earlier passport for 10 years and visited 9 countries. now APO asking for meet RPO in Bangalore
