My nephew neeraj thakur was issued passport bearing no r5517668. The ibid passport is marked "emigration check required" on the top of one of a page which is meant for a person who is under matriculate whereas neeraj thakur is 10+2 resulted reluctant to sit in plane going to dubai on 25 apr 2018 at airport chandigarh.
