Due to intimating me as sending reminder letter dated:- April 2010. I already have sent latest attested Judgment copy issued by court (JMC-II) Dharamshala as in my favour,
Please intimate me the reasons, of not issueing me Passport.

i have applied for passport on 31/08/07 through DC office, RECKONG PEO, KINNAUR, H.P.
POLICE VERIFICATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND IT WAS SENT TO PASSPORT OFFICE SHIMLA AFTER ALL VERIFICATION AND FORMALITIES ON 08/01/08.
AFTER FIVE MONTH WHEN I MADE A COMPLAINT ON complaintsboard I RECIEVED A MAIL REGARDING STATUS OF MY PASSPORT APPLICATION .THERE WAS AN OBJECTION REGARDING MY PHOTOGRAPH .I HAVE SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPH AS ASKED BY SHIMLA PASSPORT OFFICE ON 08/09/08 YET I AM UNABLE TO GET MY PASSPORT .EVEN STATUS OF MY PASSPORT IS NOT UPDATED .
I HAVE MADE A CALL AND PASSPORT OFFICER TOLD ME THAT HE WILL UPDATE MY STATUS BUT MY PASSPORT STATUS IS NOT UPDATED YET
IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN MORE THAN ONE YEAR.
SO PLEASE ISSUE MY PASSPORT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT IS URGENTLY NEEDED BY ME

i had applied for passport before three&half mounth ago.all police verification have done but still i not recived my passport.

i apply my passport in shimla office as tatkaal on[protected] my file no. B000025 but i not receive my passport till date.

I addmitted my documents on dated 18/11/2008 wide file no. SMLD00028408 & key no. [protected] so my passport is not recived till date.

My NAME IS NAVJOT. I applied for passport. My file reference no. Is SML Z756645 08. I checked my passport status, it shows the GRIEVANCE. I don't know the meaning of this in passport making process. Plz tell me when i get my passport.

my passport no. is smlb01002108 dated 11 november 08. me & my wife applied for passport togetherly, her passport is recived on 7th feb, but not mine. i checked online on 10th feb & their status is that my police report is cleared & my passport is dispatched approx. on 20th feb, but today is 25th & there is no sign of passport.
i again checked today but there is no any status given.please tell me when i got my passport or what is the reson behind this delay.

This is regarding my Daughter (AYESHA FARHEEN) Passport which i have applied on 31.12.2008 at the counter office of shimla . Sir i am working in Sultanate of oman and i had applied my passport to your
office with comlete document which was required as per rules of passport forms and also all certificate and attechement has checked by your office at the time of counter cheaking Phyicaly.

Sir as all the document atteched on the date of submission was accepted by your office then now
How after 2 months they have send a letter to showing that Your daughter Mother Passport and Annexure H is not Atteched with the application.

Sir as I am working in gulf country from past 3 years i have a comman sence that i have to attech the both passport copy of Mother and Father.

I have shown the Original Passport of both myself and mother of infant at the time of submission the form but now after 2 month this answer from your office is disagree to me and not even as per rules of passport office.
I mean if any Attchement was not their with my daughter form why they can, t inform me at the time of submission as you know that your officer is not accepting the forms on counter without having the all the the document in complete manner.

For further Clarification there are 3 copy of forms has to be filled and one is going to submitted to your office rest two is with me and that also is compete in all manners and i have also disscussed with your officer in shimla but he is saying that please go ahead with our decision only.

Please issue the passport for my baby as i want to bring my famaily to Muscat as soon as possible.

I have submitted my Passport application at Office Shimla With fees Rs 1000/- wide file No:SMLB00404508 KEY NO:[protected] Dtd[protected].After1-2 week later all the police verification and the formalities were completed and the application was send to the passport office shimla.After the verification I got no passport not any response fromm side of passport office.Now I don't know whether my passport is ready or application is under process.during this period I got so much job opportunities in forein but due th this slow process I am unable to get such goldopportunities.So please send me the status of my application So that if there is any problem in process I will do the rectifications.

I checked my passport status online on net and delay reason was demand of proof of date of birth and correct place of birth.may I sent the certificates through courier or bypost, if yes please send me the exact address to whom it be posted.

Dear Sir,

I have appiled my passport through regional passport office Chandigarhb wide application No. H005782/06/CHD in theNov .2006.After the Police verification and other formalities, regional passport chandigarh sent my passport to my permanent Address V.P.O.Bahi Teh Baijnath Distt. Kangra. H.P.But Due to my Job in Delhi i Could not receive the passport.My Father has given my working Addres to the postmaster & Postmaster sent that passport to my working Address (Arya Communication Electronics Services Pvt. Ltd. 218 Somdutt Chamber-II Bhikaji kama place New Delhi-110066.)But Post office Delhi did not deliver my passport to my working Address, they have delivred my passport to the regional passport office Delhi.Due to my personal sources RPO delhi told me that they have returned back my passport tgo the RPO Chandigarh.When I went to the RPO chandigarh, they told me that they have sent my passport toi RPO shimla. BUT when I visited at the RPO Shimla, they told me that they have not got your passport in our office.
Rquest you to please trace out my passport and sent it to my permanent address, mentione above.
