Passport Office Surat — payment status failed... refund money

I have applied for passport through online mode and make a payment of rupees 1500 using my bank of baroda bank debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status shows failed. This deduction has not returned by passport seva kindly refund the amount
