as i am studying in chennai, i need to get verifications from two states and so i got.
but the passport was not yet issued till date and status in net was blank.so please help me

Dear sir I have applied for the renewal of our sons passport on 23/12/2010. I havent received it yet. I tried calling the numbers , but no response. Kindly let me know when the passport is going to come.

I finished my police verification on 26th july 2010 C -263 at kakinada
I enquired from kakinada passport cell my verification was despatched to vizag
on 10th August

10.But so far i have not received my passport.....

I zulfikar gooty mohammed applied passport on 12/07/10 ( file no E 007172)and My police verification is completed. and no is C 263.. i visited 3 times passport office at vizag.. none of them helped me.. but kept saying passport will come ine one week.. its 3 months now.. I have not yet received my Passport. online status still shows "police verification not received" which is not true.. I have to join ships urgently.. am losing...

Sir/Madam,

The buliding in which the passport office in visakhapatnam located is very small and compact. There is no proper trained staff for hearing your greivances and there is only one person for all applications, complaints,allocation of timings...etc. This is the only center for 5 districts of north coastal andhra pradesh which cater services to almost 10 million population.

I was applied on 3-June 2010 for Police Clearance Certificate at Regional Passport Office Visakhapatnam. i am from east godavari kakinada. Still it was not dispatched for Police Enquiry. As per MEA Govt of India provision any applicant can get the information of his/her application status of passport online. But visakhapatnam passport office is not updating its status since 30/12/2009.Inspite of my complain to griveance cell of ministry of external affair and their interference the online portal is not being updated causing a lot of inconveience to general public at large. the normal procedure takes to re-issue the passport would be 2-1/2 months(that is what was informed to me by the authorities) the passport office in visakhapatnam is not at all systamatic. my applicatin no is vsp-a013704.i has finished my police enquirys two months ago.when i check the status on internet i got a message "application has been transfered to policy section plz see pro", then i approach the passport officer on 22 july 2008 they said that your passport will be dispatched with in 20 days, but still i did not recived my passport...

I applied for passport on May 2007 in visakhapatnam. I was not able to present at the time of verification. Recently i got letter from office and submitted with details.Re-verification alreday been done.
But when i check the status, its showing "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO".
