I applyed for passport at Visakhapatnam.I received it on 28/05/2003 .it will expire on 27/05/2008.Can i renewal it at passport office Kakinada? or is it mandatory to renewal at Vizag only?

I Ravi Kiran Vaddiparthi submitted and applied for renewal of passport vide my key no.[protected] on 03-06-08. Thereafter I got a job in Bangalore and left for the same. Subsequently the post man approached my permanent residential address and found locked (my father also accompanied with me), hence returned the passport, all this is evident when my father returned to my permanent address. My sister "SRIDEVI NAMBURI " Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected] applied for the passport on 04/06/2008. Fele ref. no.VSP-Z[protected]. All the documents were verified with the originals along with the birth certificate. The police verification was also completed. I checked the online status of the passport the status is "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ". The status is not changed till last 3 months. She is facing serious health problem, So she want her passport immediatly for getting treatment in U.S.A. More than 3 and half months are already over, but the passport is not issued yet. Kindly help.

The District speed post centres are not accepting the application even the applicant is native of that district and studying in another district.And what is the use of such centres.

In the 3rd week of February 2009, I have made applications along with all requisite documents and evidences for passports to my ownself and my wife and my two daughters, all of whom are residing at the same place and address and made application on the same date and time. While my passport was issued in the month of April 2009 and my daughters' passports on different dates of May 2009. However, passport in respect of my wife is still not issued. Though I am employment-wise placed at Hyderabad for the last two months, just for the purpose of pursuing the matter came twice or thrice to the relative offices and could make the Special Branch personnel despatch their police verification to the passport olffice on 23.04.2009. However, still the web site information indicates that the relative police verification report is not received and on enquiry through a local person at Visakhapatnam revealed that the passport office though have received the relative report, they are unable to locate the same and hence not responding. Hence, though thought of sending messages and complaining, till date I could not do so, just because with vindictive attitude the authorities might trouble me some more.

i could like 2 bring this to ur notice that my passport with file number A 001523 dated[protected] is not available 2 me till now.please once go through this and issue my passport as fast as you can.

i am ankit yadav pursuing my studies in chennai.
I applied for passport online from visakhapatnam as my parents are staying there.I submitted my application form and produced all the original document on 2nd feb 09 in visakhapatnam rpo.
My file no. is VSPA0015709.
My police verification was over in chennai, police verification no. PP/470/09, and despatched to visakhapatnam on 11th march 09 via parcel no. 2052 along with 12 other police verification.
but still i have not got any news about my passport.
i visited the pass port office many times, but they say that we are waiting for the police report from chennai, where as the report has been depatched from chennai on 11th march.
Even i met the superindent of passport office, vizag thrice, but in vain.

sir its more than 7 months since the datte of submission of application form.
i need my passport urgently for my official purpose.

sir please take necessary action this regard as the superindent, visakhapatnam have failed in giving proper justificationn about the status of my passport.
