In ahmedabad they have change the bus
And also they have change my seat.
First they have given me upper single seat.
Then another person has come and again he has change my seat.
Noy they have given me double seat with another person.

Now I am travelling from Rajkot to Junagadh. (Route name:- Vapi - Somnath)
Date:- 23/12/2021.

I want to reach Junagadh at 10 AM that’s why I am paying double charge then ST bus to you...
Bus still bus was not come-out from Rajkot, this is disgusting & very poor..
Driver & conductor stop bus 30 min. For take passengers in black and take half charge then I paid at office at Gondal chowk.(please check location for reference)..

If this kind of service and bus timing like local train then this is my last travel in Patel .
All passengers in bus presently was very very much dissatisfied.

Very bad service.
Feel like local train because of driver & conductors take passengers in black & take half ticket charge then office..
Never travel in Patel in future..

Sleeper coach is in very bad condition, very durty seats with Curtains!Despite the rent being so expensive, the facility is very dirty. (Bharuch to ghandhidham)

No one is polite in bus the one who is giving ticket on counter took 900 in which the ticket price was 830 the seats and i was shaking all the time because of the bus vibration totally worst experience today in market one of the worst bus feels like st I won’t be going again in normal except for emergency

I booked my parcel at ahmedabad jodhpur booked by tapuo bhai LR NO 02/99207 thay denied thay i can not book the parcel as to pay you must hete otherwise u can take back such parcel as on LR it is mentioned that now to pay parcel services available i dont know why the staff is behave like this according to my opinion patel travels may loose the customer. If they carry such type of staff

My relatives are travelling today in veraval ahmedabad bus. But the behaviour of agent and cleaner are irresponsible and rude. The seat we booked changed by them and alloted last seat to old lady. The service of bus is too much bad.

I just travelled from Ahmedabad to Rajkot bus no. GJ 1- CU 6288
And there is one lady in middle down sofa, vomited in the bus, in the middle part, and it was so uncomfortable for all passenger, so why you are allowing such people. And can I have the details, as ai have doubt that driver might take her in middle stop.

I am spending 450/- for travel service
And auch people makes travel bus as ST bus. So ridiculous.

I need explanation on the same.

Same I told to the ticket guy, at Big bazar office but he also take that very causally.

Is this the way to deal with educated people?

I need a written satisfactory answer on this.

I m traveling to ahmedabad from reliance . I have paid 700 rs to get Ac sleeper class seat at lower birth and booking was done earlier.Finally i m travelling at upper birth corner seat while journey due to huge mix up by Patel staffs and costed to people like me and also they are not co ordinate properly between passengers by keep exchanges seats thus creates covid issues. finally i will not recommend my friends to use this bus service .i fade up..

My seat no - j, i am travelling from gandhidham to air port route, seat was very dusty & unhygienic. Travelling date - 06/09/2020 (Sunday). Seat side full up dust with used gutkha pkt, half burn bidi. It is very shameful, i have been paid rs 700 for this seat in this difficult covid situation, but i could not get satisfied service.

We have booked bus ticket at patel travel gandhidham opp st depo from gandhidham to ahmedabad on dated[protected]. During card payment two times payment deducted from my account but i have not received debit message from bank. After 2 days i have checked bank statement and found 2 times rs - 650/- debited from my account.
I have discussed many time to patel customer care and gandhidham center but not get any response.
