Pay TM — My recharge was not done but deduct amount in my paytm

It's been two days and my jio recharge transaction is still pending and money has been deducted my order no. Is [protected]and transaction no. Is [protected]. Till now you have offered really poor customer service my experience with paytm is getting worse so please kindly cancel my this transaction and refund my money. When I go to my order section in paytm app it doesn't even show any cancel option.
