Payback Bazaar — Postpaid bill payment

Dated 28-Nov-2015, made Vodafone postpaid bill[protected]. It wasn't successful but money debited from account. Till now no refund / no response from customer care. Looks like its scam. Multiple times i wrote a email to them but no luck.

Payback Bazaar — There is no good service from payback bazaar

There is no good service from payback bazaar . Just give your money to them and forget. I added 960 in wallet of pb but could not processed any transaction and cannot get refund .
