I redeemed my PayBack points 3596 against the product Nicer Dicer Multi-chopper. But I received damaged product and after complaining to them, I received another replacement. Unfortunately that replacement product also was damaged. Hence once again I complaint to PayBack and requested not to send another replacement. Instead of that, kindly refund my 3596 points back to my PayBack account.
It has started on 11th February'2016 and till date PayBack is only assuring of refund of points. PayBack on telephone conversation as well on emails mentioned last date to refund my points will be on or before 29th February'2016, but again there was telephone from PayBack and advsised me to wait till 03rd March'2016 as the final date. But again there was telephone from Payback on 2nd Mach'2016 and advised me to wait till 05March'2016 till 07:00pm . But nothing happened. I waited till 08:20pm and sent an email, but there was no acknowledgement till now.
Kindly assist me to get my points back. My PayBack service request no.10690495.
