Paynimo — Double payment to hathway broadband | |||||
We made on-line payment rs 1934.85 in favour of hathaway broadband through hdfc net bank & my account was debited twice today 06th april 2016 against transaction id no.[protected] &[protected] respectively. The session was expired while making the first payment against transaction id no..[protected]As per our bank statement) therefore we tried to pay again which was successful against id no[protected] and hence we paid twice & we could generate the payment receipt only for one transaction id no[protected] Hathway account is showing only one credit against id no.[protected].
