Sir, This bring to your notice that I have transferred the amount Rs 10000 to Muthoot Finance Gold LOAN Account No.03154/MSL/9231 from IMuthoot Apps on 07.07.2017. Transaction Seq.No. Is 408104 But the Amount got Debited of Rs.10029.50 to PUR/Techprocess Payment Se/Mumbai/Techprocess Payment Se/ Seq.No.408104 from Axis Bank account No. 50374812 but not credit the said gold account. Further, merchant has processed refund for this transaction and will be sent to the bank today. The refund credit will reflect into your bank account within 5-7 working days as per bank's tat.
