Dear sir/mam, I have done online payment for bcom exam fee of rs. 708.60 on 26 april 2019 using my icici bank netbanking through via paynimo gateway system. E-receipt has not generated but the amount has been debited from my account but amount is not refunded to my account yet. I have done the payment of 17, 568 using the below paynimo link on 23 April 2019 but dint get any confirmation msg or email from paynimo or HDFC.
Amount is debited from my SB account, below is the transaction details.

Please provide the payment acknowledgement as soon as possible.
