The message comes 'your a/c xxxx87237is debited by rs. 720.00for techprocess[protected]/rathimeena travels/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 30/01/2019 18:57- indian bank'. I have booked ticket through rathimeena traves website and paid amount through techprocess. Amount debited from my account but ticket not booked and payment made also yet to be refunded. Kindly arrange to refund my money. Thanks. Rajmohan
