The message comes 'your a/c xxxx87237is debited by rs. 720.00for techprocess[protected]/rathimeena travels/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 30/01/2019 18:57- indian bank'. I have booked ticket through rathimeena traves website and paid amount through techprocess. Amount debited from my account but ticket not booked and payment made also yet to be refunded.
