Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount deducted but not received by merchant - bsnl | |
I made a transaction on bsnl payment portal to pay my landline bill through paynimo / techprocess gateway on 24 april 2020 amounting to rs. 350 through internet banking (Standard chartered bank), but the transaction failed due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message - "please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank. If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back to your merchant on the next working day. You can check with the merchant on the same after that period." The amount (Rs. 350) was immediately deducted from my bank account but has not been received by bsnl. Transaction details are "payment gateway bsnl postpaid bsnl bill 0000000" on 24/04/2020 for rs. 350 The last day for paying the bill without penalty is 27 april 2020.
