I have tried for online payment of jbvnl electric bill by SBI ATM card through Paynimo/ Tech process payment services on 4th Sept, 2019 vide reference no. 7115d6f5eabc[protected] for Rs. 1590. Till date no payment to jbvnl has been done, nor the amount has been return back to my account. At the time of transmission, only a blank E-receipt generated.
