[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — cash not credited to medlife but debited from my account

On[protected].. Time 12.31.42 rs. 1656.53 i transferred from my canara bank account through net banking to medlife for my medicines. But this was not credited to medlife but debited from my account. Where the money has gone.
Bank debited details are as follows:
[protected] time 12.31.42 techproc - client code 124 for the amount of rs. 1656.53.
Either return the cash or pay to medlife.

Neither money credited in my account nor paid to Medlife. Where the money has gone?

I have paid for LPG cylinder and the money got deducted from my bank account but when I checked with the Gas agency they said they haven't received the payment yet.Very poor service and customer dissatisfaction.Even I m not getting my money back.The transection was successful and I have ever details about it.Revert ASAP..
