Through icici securities website https:icicidirect.com, on 07.09.2020 i transferred a sum of rs.37500/- from my account with canara bank through net banking. Though the said amount has since been debited from my account with canara bank on 07 sep 2020 at 02:17:15 pm with the reference icicisec-techproc-[protected]-clientcode and routed through you for credit of my demat account with icici direct, till now the debited amount has not been either credited into my icici demat account or re-credited back into my origin account with canara bank. You have also acknowledged receipt of the said debited amount from canara bank which reads as below. "transaction reference no. [protected] has been successfully completed on mon sep 07 14:17:18 ist 2020 ist, however we are not able to confirm the final status of this transaction from the bank at this moment. In case the amount is debited from your bank account / card, please wait until next one hour and then check the final status of this transaction with the merchant before initiating another transaction for the same service." At this juncture i would like to bring it to your notice that this is not the first incident of its sort. I have come across such incidents several times. These failures on your side show the proof of your incompetence to handle such transactions. As a result i was denied off the opportunity of making some good investments in intended equity shares. Hence my advice to you is to withdraw from such services with immediate effect. In the meantime, note to refund the full amount of rs.37500/- debited from my canara bank account and illegally withheld at your end immediately without necessitating any further reminders. Please also note, if i have not received the said refund before close of banking hours of today - 08.09.2020, i will be forced to approach appropriate forum for recovery of my money with costs. — A.
