Ref:axis bank reference no.: inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/ dated 24/03/2020 With reference to the transaction mentioned above an amount of rupees 2925.78 had been debited from my axis bank account against the kseb bill on 24/03/2020. But so far the said amount is not credited in kseb (Kerala electricity board) account and not reversed to my axis bank account. After input the otp i got an error screen as attached.
