Ref:axis bank reference no.: inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/ dated 24/03/2020 With reference to the transaction mentioned above an amount of rupees 2925.78 had been debited from my axis bank account against the kseb bill on 24/03/2020. But so far the said amount is not credited in kseb (Kerala electricity board) account and not reversed to my axis bank account. After input the otp i got an error screen as attached. Accordingly, as per our standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on 26/03/2020.
