[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — loan showing a payment failure but deducted from sbi account. | |||
I have paid rs 2937 (Including charges) through paynimo tech process to pay interest to muthoot finance. Amount already deducted from bank and sbi also gave confirmation notes, that card no# # # 4196 is being debited with the given amount to paynimo tech process. But no confirmation is been given from tech process and also from imuthoot app. Please sort out the problem by making the refund. Hope will look the matter and do the needful. Mar 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They haven't called me up but muthoot finance gave confirmation that transaction is successful after 5hours of the said transaction. Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
