[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — muthoot finance gold loan payment | |||
Hi, my name is j prabhu. I made a payment through tech process to muthoot finance gold loan of rupees 3529.00 on 29/11/2019. But the amount is not reflected in my gold loan account. When i contact muthoot finance they are saying that they didn't receive the payment, even after providing them with the reference id they are not able to locate my payment. I'd request you to please get in touch with the muthoot finance and get my payment cleared as they are considering me as a defaulter.
