Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — non refund of deducted amount

I have paid the premium amount of Rs.1875/-(one thousand seven hundred and seventy five) to National Insurance company on 24.01.2018 (Ref. No.[protected]IGACTYFCP6). The above said amount has been debited from my account and got an error message which states the debited amount will be reflected in my account on next day, but till now the amount is not refunded. So I hereby request you to kindly refund my money at the earliest.

Payment success from tech process side but failed from muthoot side. Amt 3084. Called muthoot several times but no response. Called paytm and they confirmed tat money was cleared. It’s rediculas need immediate action.
