Done through - online. Muthootfinance.com Date - 8.8.2018 Transaction partner - paynimo/techprocess payment services Bank - axis bank I had done an online transaction for above transaction id on 8.8.2018 on muthoot finance platform using paynimo/techprocess payment services. The amount debited from my bank account, but not reflected in muthoot finance portal. INB/[protected]/TECHPROCESS, already I have provided the same, but unable to trace the record means what, you people don't you know the transactions, you people only know to take the money for unnecessary transaction from all the people,

I have done online payment for MSEDCL Bill of Rs. 600 on 8th Aug 2018 using my Debit card through MSEDCL site via paynimo gateway system. E-receipt has not generated but the amount has been debited from my savings account.please refund my amount. Please check and do the needful at the earliest...
