Sub: bsnl recharge paid not gone to bsnl for cell number [protected]
Techprocess ref:[protected]/bsnl prepaid new
Indianbank ref: [protected]/04.11.2019

I paid yesterday (04.11.2019) rs.56/- for data recharge to bsnl thro
Techprocess and indianbank netbanking.

It seems the amount has not gone to bsnl and so the recharge was
Not done.

I want refund of the money.
