Sir, i have paid rs. 622.50 as refill of lpg to iocl dc lpg through your payment gateway with the utr:[protected] on 21st august 2019 @ 09:39 am ist, but i got the transaction error message as seen in the attachment. This amount got debited from my sbi bank (Same has been confirmed after talking with sbi bank representative) Please confirm the status of this said transaction & refund my paid amount immediately...
