I'm pay to muthoot gold loan by imuthoot app otp based transaction that show me failure and then punjab national bank messaged me 1000 rupees deduct from my a/c. Loan no 03264/mul/001285 bank message me that ac xxxxxxxx000* debited with rs.1000.00,[protected]:32:20 thru atm. Free txn on oth bank atm-5 (Incl max 3 in metro) in sb a/c only. I have paid electricity bill on 12.03.2018 through techprcoess . the amount rs 4337/- has been deducted from my account. the txn id is[protected]. but amount has not been paid by techprocess and techprocess is not responding.
