I have taken the Personal Loan of Rs.2, 58, 000 from the Paysense, where they had mentioned my wrong E-Mail Address "[protected]@gmail.com", where my correct E-Mail Address is "[protected]@gmail.com". I had asked from them to change the Email Address, since 5-Dec-2022. I am struggling to get my Email Address updated. Many Follow Ups has been done but no response from them.
As the Paysense doesn't have any Customer Care Number.
Because of this I am not getting the my Loan statement from them.
PaySense customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
