Hi team i have applied for my second loan in paysense, application got approved on april 6th, was waiting for the disbursement in 48hours which paysense used to promise but that did not happen, sent couple of mails, humera reverted that she has escalated and will get back to me, but after following up couple of times z sent almost20+ mails but no revert, no update at all.. Is this how customer care team works, iam seriously frustrated, never thought paysense team would work unprofessional, when they claim that they will revert for all the mails in 24-48hours but it is not true they keep sending ticket number but no action took place till date.. Iam hopeless, please do not give such false hope t the team, why did you got all my documents like bank statements which is very privacy and i'd proofs, are u scamming us. Seriously this is not right.. And the app says still loan disbursement in 3-4working days.. It's almost 8days now and no action. How should i even contact this paysense and get this resolved. I wanted to know whether i will get disbursement or not.. Just say it.. Will try arranging somewhere else who ishonest.. Rather scamming us this way.. Do we look like fool? My first loa exp with paysense was good but this second time applying is the worst decision i have taken. I need solution and action on this quick
