My loan disbusment delay approx 40 days some amount crdited and balance transfer amount not credited approx 40 days. I am very painfull for this loan i not agree in this process very very bast working process for other banking services.

      Since last 2 days I am continuously mail and requests them about my foreclosure of my loan, but they not responding in any way, not replying in mails and don't know why they are doing this, I sent several requests through their app and messaging them that I want to foreclose my loan but they are not responding.

        I was speaking to one of their agents named sumaiya. She asked me to provide all the documents and she will keep the loan in hold once I confirm then I will be given the amount I have all her chats and call recording. But she forwarded me the loan amount without confirming.

            I have almost done paying the settlement amount of 40k which they asked me for I tried and made 20k payment last month and asked for some more time to make the balance 20k but continuously they are calling and threatening us and family members and friends too. Because of this my family is scared even to step out of house. Kindly help us please🙏

              Hey Rajesh,

              I am requesting NOC for the loan account STPLSC[protected].

              I have raised a request to the concerned team to provide the NOC of my closed loan account number_STPLSC[protected] and they asked me to wait for 2-3 working days and after that they will provide you with the NOC letter. That email they sent was on 20 Apr 2022, 5:27PM. After which I sent multiple emails and requested them to contact me via mail or phone just to give me an update regarding my issue but no one is responding at all.

              I need that NOC letter on high priority because that document is hampering my further process. Not happy with the service they are providing, apart from providing loan they never did anything which will proved that this PAYSENSE company can claim that they are CUSTOMER CENTRIC or CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDING company.

              This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

                I am Hina Tyagi, had taken a loan & payed almost 13 installment & after that I was not able to make payment.
                I had confirmed to them that I would be paying the same & settling my account which they agreed.
                Now I have recived a call again from Paysense, some other lady. She started using bad languages & texting me that she would call my contact numbers & harasse those people.

                  Paysense is calling me everyday even after I didn’t ask for any type of loan, they are sending sms everyday.

                  I didn’t applied for loan and still they are harassing by calls.

                    I have been trying to foreclose my loan in paysense. The executive provided me with the foreclosure amount and payment link. But after paying and even after confirmation message the same is not updated in the app. It's been over one week now. I have already paid a hefty amount to close the loan. I do not understand if paysense is still charging an interest and will deduct an emi. The customer care executive is not replying to my mail regarding this nor giving me any callback.

                      I was trying to foreclose the loan, but the executive to share me the loan provider details.

                      Hey, I would like to foreclose my loan and for that, I already contacted paysense team on the 10th of Apr 2022 and raised a request[protected]. An agent named Humera Qureshi told me that it will take 5-7 days for their systems to calculate the exact amount which is remaining. Believing her I waited for 5-7 days and after that, I sent several emails to which no one replied or acknowledged once. I am not happy with paysence services.

                      There was no customer care number to contact and raised request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in the process and burdening the day-wise interest.

                      Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close...

                      I sent a mail on 10th of Apr and they replied back to me on 19 which is too much late. I planned something but this delay affected all my plans and now PAYSENSE is not providing the NOC letter I foreclosed the loan on 19th since then no one bothered to send me a single reply and I am send mails every single day like a fool.

                            I have got an approval for the loan of Rs.3, 41, 000 & all the kyc procedure has been done on march 31st, They told the loan amount will get credited into the bank account with 48 working hrs but its been more than 7 days since the loan disbursement not yet happened If they don’t have proper loan amount why they gave the approval???

                            I have been mailing everyday today about the loan disbursement and nothing happened and there is no proper response from them since they don’t have any phone number to contact them, i need to know wether I’m going to get my loan or not at the earliest since I have made several commitment on the loan

                            I been waiting for the reply and money disbursement for the approved loan into the account, Till now the issue not yet solved its been more than 18days the amount got approved but nothing has been deposited into the account and again some one called they told there is problem in downloading xml sever error of aadhar card, again they sent some one for the physical kyc verification of aadhar and pan, , everything completed successfully but still
                            There is no amount approved loan disbursed, i dont know whether im going to get my loan or not

                              With great disappointment this is to inform you that I have been badly harassed by one of yoir representative Mr Amutharaj Murugesan who tried to imply that I have not made payment and forcefully asked to make the payment once more. I had delayed to make the payment for Feb based on some financial emergency. Instead on making the payment on 5th Feb 2022 I had made the payment on 1st March 2022 with penalty fee for making late payment. Additionally I again made the payment for March on 4th March 2022 from my husband's account. Instead of checking Mr Murugesan harassed me over a call and insulted me in every possible way. Being a woman I feel threatened and extremely insulted. I have attached both the payment details of Feb and March here with the mail.

                              Being a woman getting such a way insulted by a male employee of your organization is really disappointing. This is no way less than a mental abuse instead of a sexual one. I will be forced to take this issue and escalate the matter if I do not receive any revert. After sending him all proof for the payment he has stopped picking up my call and blocked me on whats app. Is this how you deal with yoir customers? I am afraid I am under a fraud loan process

                                  "Rating is Zero." It is not about the NOC query, and my main worry is that the people that work for Paysense lack basic knowledge and courtesy when dealing with consumers. Paysense services have left me unhappy. No reasonable responses, utter reckless behavior, and we had to contact several times to pay the whole amount and close the loan. In my case, there were delays on your end and no response from Paysense, and the next day, Paysense staff responded after phoning several times and charged additional interest.
                                  I consented to take the loan from Paysense, and that does not imply we are servants to the individuals who work there; we surely owe self-respect, and we have self-respect.

                                    This to here to bring to your notice that, an online application paysense (Loan application) has given me loan, regularly i use to pay all my emi on time but this month, i haven't paid due to some problem, i requested them for some time, but they hacked my phone and steal all personal contacts from my phone and they called each and every family member and they tortured them with out any un relative aspect and they are not responsible for any payment, they call'd brother, sisters uncles, aunty and almost more than 50 members in family, this made me shame and loss of prestigious self respect and lots of human humiliation with their unprofessional language and information,
                                    Really felt to commit suicide as lost my nature in front of all family members, they called and tortured each and every one of my family, this is so criminal activity done as stealed and hacked all my phone. Requesting you to please help me

                                        Address: Jaivilla Dev Shakti 49 Tilak Road, Navyug Colony, Santacruz West, Mumbai, 400054 Maharashtra, India

                                        I was trying to close the loan (foreclosure) through Demand Draft Or through check, but the executive is denying to share me the loan provider details.

                                        There was no customer care number to contact and raised a request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in process and burdening the day wise interest.

                                        Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close the loan immediately.
