PaySense — disbursements delayed.

I applied personal loan in paysense on 21 sep and 24 sep I got mesaage that your application is approved and we will disburse money in your bank account in 24 working hours. Till today 13 sep I didn’t get amt in my bank account. Every time I sending mails and got same ans that we will disburse money in 3-5 working days. Still not happend. Pls look in to this matter.

KYC is allready done. First time courier boy came and sign nach form. Second time also came sign nach form and verified with original documents. And now u told me that KYC is pending what is the problem. Everything is done. And why again KYC. Just clear me that loan disbursal will happend or not.
