Dear sir,
I have taken a loan amount of Rs. 2 lakhs LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER( (STPLSC[protected] from the Paysense which is the one of the NBFC in March 2021. I have maintained suffiecent balance at the time of EMI date(5th of every month) and the bank could not able to auto deduct from account on due date. when i contacted the bank they have informed be that they have so technical issue in NACH presentation and asked me to wait for few days and i have waited for 2 months. in addition the bank also started penalty of 2000 for every month. further, they have reported in CIBIL report as defaulter due to my cibil came down from 781 to 430 in a month. i have continuously mailed the bank regarding this. after 2 months they responded me that they have resolve the issue and they also assured me to remove the penalty charges. i have waited for monre than 3 months but they have not removed penalty charges and not updated in CREDIT BEAURO. I have continuouesly mailed them. one of the team member Name: Somay Hathi responded me saying that we have reomoved penalty charges and rectified information the CIBIL. However, they have not removed penalty charges and not even updated in CREDIT BEAURO. I have also approached the CREDIT bearo Named CRIF HIGHMARK. they told that they can not chage as they update the inormation as per bank reports. Here i am also attchhing correspondence of banks. I kindly take the acrion aginst the bank.
