PaySense — fully close (foreclose) my loan

I have mailed a request on 10 july 2020, to close my loan as earliest.
I received one mail from pay sense to fill a form regarding loan closer and i have filled and submit it, till now i have filled the form 5 times but still, i didn't get a response from pay sense to which account i have to pay and how many amounts i have to pay, i am required worried as 22 is the last day of loan closer as per pay sense

I am following pay sense every day by mail and trough app but still, i am not getting any response, i don't understand how to deal with this pathetic service

I understand your concern that you need to foreclose the LOAN but currently, we are not able to process your foreclose request due to some technical reasons.

You can contact us on 10th August 2020 at that time I will surely help you with the closure details & further process if foreclose services started.

Sorry, please do needful Asap, I can't wait till August as this LOAN is creating me a problem to get a home LOAN, I need to close the earliest
why should I suffer due to your technical issue, this is totally rubbish .i don't understand which technical issue is not allowing you to close my LOAN
would you allow me due to my issue if I can't able to pay one or two EMI.i don't know anything
if my LOAN is not closed by this month I'm not going to pay a single EMI from now and going to address a case against.
I am harassed with this type of service, if you can't close the LOAN then why the ### you provide the date of 10th to 22nd of every month
I am following Paysense from last month to close my LOAN .so they address me to close the LOAN after 10th so I eagerly waited for 10th and now the rubbish thing getting into the picture.
Please!! Help me as earliest.
