I have paid all the emis on time even when the nach was not working which is your issue and also even after paying all the unnecessary charges my m still getting charged penalty and my loan tenure is 12months in which all of 12emi's are paid and updated in app as well then why am I getting charged with penalty. I need the loan closure this will effect my credit score and I have been asking for a call back from past 7+days and yet I haven't received a single call. I NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE FIXED AND I NEED A CALL BACK ASAP

    After alot of drama and a court order a full and final settlement was done on December 2019.SL2245328. They sent me a reminder to pay more on June 2020. I sent them an email stating about what happened previously and that i have no loan pending. They gave me something about escalalting the issue but nothing after. Again july 2020 i get a 1st reminder. Please whoever from paysese is reading this do something productive and let me know what is the situation.

      Myself antony johnson, i have activated nach for auto debit. But paysense did not debit and no payment options in the app. Now they ask to pay 263 rs for nach activation charge every emi. However i paid 263 rs via app still now there is no updates in app only show processing. And i don't apply for moratorium, also they add interest for outstanding loan. My loan was postponed without my permission, then why will i pay interest. Paysense team collect too much of money to their customer by the name of corona.

      Every month extra charges debited in my account . and monthly EMI amount is not debited, and automatically over due showing in app, customer care is no response in my mail

        fully close (foreclose) my loan

        I have mailed a request on 10 july 2020, to close my loan as earliest.
        I received one mail from pay sense to fill a form regarding loan closer and i have filled and submit it, till now i have filled the form 5 times but still, i didn't get a response from pay sense to which account i have to pay and how many amounts i have to pay, i am required worried as 22 is the last day of loan closer as per pay sense

        I have submitted nach during my loan process and now everytime the emi due date comes, nach is not presented by paysense in my account.

        Instead you ask me to pay online from the link and every day you put the delay charges of rs. 28.

        I spoke to your team last month and it was assured that you will refund the delay charges and this month money will be auto debited from my account. Again this month you put charges and still did not present nach at my account.

        The NACH approval has to be done by your bank. If your bank registers NACH, we will present the same to your account every month. You may check with your bank about the delay.

        Regarding penal charges, you should not be charged any penal, if you have paid the EMI on time. However, if you have still been charged & if you have paid, please be assured, we will refund the charges or the same will be adjusted in future EMIs.

            penalty and late payment fee charged after making payment on time (auto debited)

            I have taken a loan for 1.56lakhs. The emi gets deducted on 5th of every month. The most recent payment was made on 5th june 2020. The emi was deducted on time but i am being charged late fees. I have requested assistance multiple times but i have not got any callback. I made a payment of 6632 today actual emi is 6395 and again 247 rupees is added to late fees. Amount deducted from my bank but not showing in paysense app, this is repeated...

            Hi i have activated nach on my account you deducted the emi but not updated completed showing due why i have checked my bank account you guys has deducted the amount on[protected] successfully then why showing due... Clear this or else will take legal action on this

              I have taken paysense loan 57, 000 /-rupees EMI 12 Months total completed EMI'S 12 but paysense app are wearing every month one rupee due they are wearing but am lossing my CIBIL SCORE we sent so many mails they are telling ignore that mails they are telling but here am lossing my cibil score pls take seviour action and rectify my problem as soon as possible sir.

                My self anil chowdhury and i have been taken a loan from paysense the amount was 57000 and i have already paid my 7month of loan amount which is 4660 ruppes per month but due to this covid 19 virus i lost my job and due to that i didn't paid my loan for three months as it was approved by the government and i was supposed to pay my amount on june but as i was job less i couldn't pay the amount i told them that i am ready to pay a fine amount but on this month i can pay the they said ok but they put a fine amount which is 4660 ruppes and with that they put a plenty charge which is 128ruppes so during this period when most o[censored]s are jobless this kind of interest rate they are taking which is not possible for us to pay i thought they will take a charge of 1000ruppes so i would be helpful if you could look at this matter.

                  I pay my EMi on time but then also they impose penalty charges and when I complain about it, the issue get resolve for few days and again they impose penalty charges, I update the same in Social media they inform that the extra amount will be adjusted but not a single time the penalty charges not adjusted.
                  So coming EMI date is 3rd July and I need to some 7.5k but they charged 8.2k with penalty charges, so in this situation if this will happen so how can we give the money.

                  Customer service only say that there is some technical issue and for that reason this is happening.

                  As per me they running some other fraud business.

                  It is a mental harassment.

                  Please help.

                    My wife have a loan from paysense LAN:-[protected], we are paying all installment on time since the emi started but they are charging Panel charges every day for unknown reasons. i also received an email that said that is their internal technical problem but still it's to confusing for me.

                    Due to covid 19 govt. started loan moratorium option to get relief from emi but i have not take that from march to may but due to some circumstances i was enable to get my salary so applied for moratorium by email on 23 may 2020. they sent me an email for registering myself for same and i did it. i have not received any massage from them regarding same. but on due date they have tried to deduct emi from my bank without any notice. i didn't get any email or massage regarding my due amount since 20 june 2020 nd suddenly i get a massage that my emi is due. i paid it instantly and sent them a receipt of payment but till now the payment is still pending in their system, i have sent number of email and request number of time from their application about my concern but no response received yet.

                    at time of loan process their executive told me that interest will be 13 to 15% but when it was sanctioned the interest was 30% that shocked me, i called the executive then he said loan amount has been deposited to your account so i have pay atleast 6 emi to close it. and now i have paid 6th emi and applied for the settlement/foreclosure but no response revived yet. i was trying to reach out the same executive but number is switched off right now.

                    Too much wrong commitment and no response team for any customer query.

                    i know this also will not work for them because all of these type of complaints get ignored by govt. for their personal benefit. But still looking for some response at least to impact them.

                      I have taken a loan for 70 thousand. The emi gets deducted on 5th of every month. The most recent payment was made on 5th june 2020. The emi was deducted on time but i am being charged late fees. I have requested assistance multiple times but i have not got any callback. I made a payment of 189 today and again 3 rupees is added to late fees. This is unethical and unprofessional. I want a refund and the extra charges removed.

                        I have an ongoing loan with paysense and i have trying to contact them since a long time to grant me moratorium as there is no income because of the ongoing lockdowns. I have written to them via their in app option several times and no-one cares to reply me. There's no other way to contact them. And they have increased my tenure too for the first two months moratorium provided. I wanted to opt for the increase in emi amount and not the tenure as i can choose between those two as rbi directions. They are only considering their own benefit and are acting cruelly in this testing times. At least care to reply or contact me. This period of lockdown has been very stressful and i have been struggling to get by because of no income as my business is shut. And they are prompt in increasing their income but do not care to even reply or contact me or provide a number for thei customers to contact.

                        I didn't receive any message or email in May. And your app didn't mention anything too. I only got to know when I got the message from my bank stating NACH failed. I assumed that the moratorium announced will by default be extended. I am getting daily messages now to pay the EMI and you have charged the late fees also and are about to charge more interest. I am barely able to manage my day to day expenses because of the lockdowns. I got a mail from your side which said to contact Fullerton for this. I contacted them and they don't recognise my LAN, number or email id. Do something. Please call me. To let me elaborate more.

                            Dear team,

                            This mail is in regards to the unsatisfactory terms of a regular customer, there is a ongoing loan of rs, 1, 27, 000 for the tenure of 24 months, in which 6 emi has been paid and 7th one is delayed due to the current situation of covid-19. The emi is schedule for 3rd of every month but in the month of april there were no sufficient amount was maintained in my account due to which the emi for this month was unable to got deducted. However as you can see in above mail chain i was requesting the customer support to arrange a call for me so that i can clear out the things over the call. Anyhow i received a call on 14th april from someone hafsa khan from the customer support team, i discussed the whole situation with her, she told me that the application for moratorium has been applied successfully as i have not paid the emi for the current month. So, now suddenly today morning i got a call from another person from customer support team stating that i am rohit shukla (Phone number - [protected]) speaking from paysense headoffice mumbai, you have not cleared the emi for this month nor you had applied for the moratorium application so either apply for the same or else i am giving you time till 5 in the evening to make the payment, when i told him about the whole conversation, he said as she is only a customer support executive she can not tell you about the whole policies, only i can tell you about the same as i am your relationship manager, i don't know why he was kept forced me to pay the amount till evening and i am feeling like as if he warning me to do the payment or else he would take some action against me, i mean this is not the correct way to deal with your customers where in the situation is too critical for all o[censored]s, if the govt is providing a relief to customers, then why don't you guys trying to understand the customer's situation. I think there is no use to delay the payment if i would have have it with me, as nobody wants to pay extra to anyone for a free cause.

                                Not sure there if is someone to take care of customer complaints or not? Ur # app is not giving an option to apply for moratorium, and you #s don’t have customer care to call. On what basis you have charged cheque bounce charges?

                                Manish, you # why can’t you reply to mails? Either fix the app or take this request and reverse the charges. Else we are not going to payback ur loan. I got reported msgs and calls from one arrogant stupid lady [protected] she doesn’t even know why she is calling, if there is someone bothered about customers pls fix this or forget ur money

                                Ridiculous response, mail has been already sent from [protected]@gmail.com ur ###, return the cheque bounce charges first else forget ur money. I got a reply from ur pathetic customer support saying we will respond in “SEVERAL DAYS” what do you mean by several days? Then u can expect ur LOAN back in several years

                                We see that you have sent an email for Moratorium request on 22nd April from an unregistered email Id. Please note that we are only providing Moratorium option on request & hence the NACH was presented to your account.

                                As checked, you have now been registered for Moratorium for further month & your next EMI will be in the month of June 2020.

                                The charges cannot be waived since the request from your end was sent after your due date.

                                    I have requested multiple time to change my emi date but you guys will say we can't do that. Now at this pandemic situation when rbi gave the option for 3 moth moratorium you guys changed the date and deducted the money. Such value less company. You guys will call 100 time to for emi, why you can't call for this. It's such a shame that even in this pandemic you guys are just trying to take advantage of people.
