PaySense — Loan A/C -STPLSC[protected](personal loan)

Dear RBI,
I Priyank Dimri Loan A/C -STPLSC[protected], start on 24th May 2021.
I had taken the loan with pay sense with very bad experience, your authorize agent (Deepak Sahu-[protected]) promised me the rate of interest 18%. after that i proceed my documentation, and signed the agreement online behalf of their trust. bust when my EMI started i came to see it is 22% rate of interest .
I called to agent( Deepak Sahu-[protected])and he told me sir it is 18%, when i given my statement to him, he gave me the number of Mr. Abhishek and told me you can asked them .
I called Abhishek he said no sir it is 22% i took agent on conference he said to Abhishek it should be 18%.then abhishek told me sir i can u can not close the loan before 6 months but i will take the approval for you to close it on agreement rate as per RBI guideline .now today i called him for foreclosure his behavior is changed and he rudely told me u have to give extra Chages which may be 100% of loan amount for closure .
Now i am feeling Cheated they have big communication gap with their agent. And will not suggest anyone for Pay.
So i want to close this loan ASAP without any extra cost .
