PaySense — Loan already settled but ECS deduction not stopped | |
Name- Pradeep Loan no.- SL2164794 Mobile no. [protected] As discussed with paysense employee his name rajesh. he offered me settlement amount of 13000/- to settle my loan and he promised to me that he will closed my loan after payment of 13000/- I request him to give me settlement letter of 2 part payment of rupees 6500/-. After discussing Ms. Ridhi( senior legal advocate) and Ms. Ankita ( senior team leader) they were ready to settled my loan . After that rajesh said that I am sending you settlement letter of 2 part payment.. now i have done my payment of Rs. 13000/- first part payment done on 18 sep 2021. And 2nd part payment done on 30 sep 2021. but still ECS is active & deducting my EMI amount ... I am calling to rajesh continually but he is not giving any response.. My bank balance going negative of rupees 16000/- become of paysense. Last year April 2020 because of covid -19 I lost my job that's why I was unable to pay EMI March 2021 I requested to paysense for stop ECS .. mail sent many times but they couldn't stop ... Now I have paid full settlement amount so why they are deducting EMI ??? I am attaching all previous ECS stop requesting mail and settlement mail, payment screenshot Was this information helpful? | |
