PaySense — nach active but amount not credited to my account

My registered emial id is [protected]@gmail.com, i got msg from my bank that my nach mandate has been set up tht mean my emi will get deduct directly from my bank but i did not get money in my account yet amount is disbursed but not credited to my bnk account. I am very tensed emi will deduct auto and i did not get any loan in my account. Really bad paysense there are not replying my mail.
