I am requesting NOC for the loan account STPLSC[protected].
I have raised a request to the concerned team to provide the NOC of my closed loan account number_STPLSC[protected] and they asked me to wait for 2-3 working days and after that they will provide you with the NOC letter. That email they sent was on 20 Apr 2022, 5:27PM. After which I sent multiple emails and requested them to contact me via mail or phone just to give me an update regarding my issue but no one is responding at all.
I need that NOC letter on high priority because that document is hampering my further process. Not happy with the service they are providing, apart from providing loan they never did anything which will proved that this PAYSENSE company can claim that they are CUSTOMER CENTRIC or CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDING company.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
