72551736 is my loan account number with Paysense. And my 1st emi was on June 5th, 2022 which did not got debited after having sufficient balance and it was showing NACH presented at the bank. And there was no pay option in the app for the same reason as NACH presented to the bank.
I started writing mails and raising complaints in their app as there was no phone customer care of the company. And the issue did not got resolved. On the evening of 10th June a customer care executive sent me a whatsapp message of their account details and asked me to make the payment, which I did immediately within 5min.
Now these guys have not updated that and started putting the late payment charges. How in the hell was I suppose to make the payment without having the payment options. And over and above that you can't even call their customer care because they don't have one. Now also I have no idea what to do? I'll try to contact nodal officer of IDFC bank, because IDFC bank is the one which has disbursed the loan, but not sure if it's going to hell

I pay the EMIs and give them date after that i constantly talk to them but now they are repeatedly calling my contacts and using foul and abusive language . They are calling me too . I am going to court too now . Kindly help...
My loan disbusment delay approx 40 days some amount crdited and balance transfer amount not credited approx 40 days. I am very painfull for this loan i not agree in this process very very bast working process for other banking services.

The payment link that they have sent me does not work for the Netbanking option when I select HDFC Bank.
No other payment method can be used because all the rest have a transaction limit of 1 lakh. My debit card too has a transaction limit of 350000.
I requested them to send me the loan account details, so that I can do an RTGS transfer. I already sent them several emails regarding this but no one is replying to my emails.br...
I was speaking to one of their agents named sumaiya. She asked me to provide all the documents and she will keep the loan in hold once I confirm then I will be given the amount I have all her chats and call recording. But she forwarded me the loan amount without confirming.

I have been trying to foreclose my loan in paysense. The executive provided me with the foreclosure amount and payment link. But after paying and even after confirmation message the same is not updated in the app. It's been over one week now. I have already paid a hefty amount to close the loan. I do not understand if paysense is still charging an interest and will deduct an emi. The customer care executive is not replying to my mail regarding this nor giving me any callback.

I was trying to foreclose the loan, but the executive to share me the loan provider details.
Hey, I would like to foreclose my loan and for that, I already contacted paysense team on the 10th of Apr 2022 and raised a request[protected]. An agent named Humera Qureshi told me that it will take 5-7 days for their systems to calculate the exact amount which is remaining. Believing her I waited for 5-7 days and after that, I sent several emails to which no one replied or acknowledged once. I am not happy with paysence services.
There was no customer care number to contact and raised request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in the process and burdening the day-wise interest.
Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close...

I sent a mail on 10th of Apr and they replied back to me on 19 which is too much late. I planned something but this delay affected all my plans and now PAYSENSE is not providing the NOC letter I foreclosed the loan on 19th since then no one bothered to send me a single reply and I am send mails every single day like a fool.
