I was trying to foreclose the loan, but the executive to share me the loan provider details.
Hey, I would like to foreclose my loan and for that, I already contacted paysense team on the 10th of Apr 2022 and raised a request[protected]. An agent named Humera Qureshi told me that it will take 5-7 days for their systems to calculate the exact amount which is remaining. Believing her I waited for 5-7 days and after that, I sent several emails to which no one replied or acknowledged once. I am not happy with paysence services.
There was no customer care number to contact and raised request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in the process and burdening the day-wise interest.
Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close...

Complaint marked as Resolved I sent a mail on 10th of Apr and they replied back to me on 19 which is too much late. I planned something but this delay affected all my plans and now PAYSENSE is not providing the NOC letter I foreclosed the loan on 19th since then no one bothered to send me a single reply and I am send mails every single day like a fool.
PaySense customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
