I pay the EMIs and give them date after that i constantly talk to them but now they are repeatedly calling my contacts and using foul and abusive language . They are calling me too . I am going to court too now . Kindly help...

My loan disbusment delay approx 40 days some amount crdited and balance transfer amount not credited approx 40 days. I am very painfull for this loan i not agree in this process very very bast working process for other banking services....

As i m loan holder of paysense..I not pick up the call of paysense representation as i m in meeting that time...his representative name gulab and his mb is this[protected] hack my wife contact list and harrasing her and his office clerk and director...where it can be written that loan borrower not pick up the call company hack his contact list and calll all the people and ask for money ...As i m fear company hack my account detail also...pls...

Since last 2 days I am continuously mail and requests them about my foreclosure of my loan, but they not responding in any way, not replying in mails and don't know why they are doing this, I sent several requests through their app and messaging them that I want to foreclose my loan but they are not responding....

The payment link that they have sent me does not work for the Netbanking option when I select HDFC Bank.
No other payment method can be used because all the rest have a transaction limit of 1 lakh. My debit card too has a transaction limit of 350000.
I requested them to send me the loan account details, so that I can do an RTGS transfer. I already sent them several emails regarding this but no one is replying to my emails.br...

I was speaking to one of their agents named sumaiya. She asked me to provide all the documents and she will keep the loan in hold once I confirm then I will be given the amount I have all her chats and call recording. But she forwarded me the loan amount without confirming....

Paysense is charging me late fees from pandemic I said I am in hardship they are not listing just keep on messaging me and harassing,
I said will make a complaint to consumer complaints they said do it they do not fear consumer complaints...

I have almost done paying the settlement amount of 40k which they asked me for I tried and made 20k payment last month and asked for some more time to make the balance 20k but continuously they are calling and threatening us and family members and friends too. Because of this my family is scared even to step out of house. Kindly help us please🙏...

I had confirmed to them that I would be paying the same & settling my account which they agreed.
Now I have recived a call again from Paysense, some other lady. She started using bad languages & texting me that she would call my contact numbers & harasse those people....

Paysense is calling me everyday even after I didn’t ask for any type of loan, they are sending sms everyday.

I didn’t applied for loan and still they are harassing by calls.

I even tried to contact them via email but no satisfied response
